Steve J. Casull, C.E.O. and Founder 

Steve founded Casull Financial Advisory, LLC, and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer. He is the firm's majority shareholder.

Steve possesses over 20 years of; Investment Analytics, Financial Advising, Stock Brokerage, Venture Capital Funding, and Business Consulting experience including; multimillion dollar corporate finance transactions and venture fund sourcing of several technology startups.

His career in investments and securities started as a 'Series 7' licensed, Stock and Bond Broker in 1997 recruited by the well-known firm of Piper Jaffray and Hopwood where he worked on various municipal bond and equity offerings. Piper Jaffray was the largest Municipal Bond Underwriter in the US at the time, and Utah was the only state to offer the fabled "Triple Tax Exemption". Upon leaving Piper Jaffray, after their acquisition by US Bank, Steve went on to work for other large investment firms as a Financial / Investment Advisor & Stock & Bond broker.

  • University of Utah, Hong Kong Polytech, Industrial Engineering Studies
  • Founder & Sr. Partner of the NAFTA Corridor Research Team
  • Designed, patented, sourced and marketed various products that were manufactured in; China, Hong Kong, He later represented other companies that sourced their products in Asia.
  • President & Founder JFI Ltd - Negotiated distribution channels through various large retail store chains in the US and the UK. Negotiated exclusive marketing agreements with Esselte Pendaflex USA & Europe. Negotiated exclusive marketing agreements with Fortune 500, Cardinal Aluminum's, Designer Molding. Negotiated exclusive manufacturing and branding to Outdoor Technologies, and the later sale of Outdoor Technologies to a private equity firm.
